RULES FOR CHARGING NOTARIZATION FEES

Rule for charging notaiation fees at Nguyen Thanh Hung notary office has been listed officially at notary office. Adjusting reasonablely in accordance with Notarization Law and Joint Circular of Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Justice.

Nguyen Thanh Hung notary office determines the fee for notarization service as folows:

1. Fee for notarizing contracts or transactions based on the value of property, contract or transaction:

a) Fees for contract and transaction notarization is based on the below-mentioned:

– Notarize transfer contract, donation contract, investment contract through land use right (calculated on the value of land use right);

– Notarize contract of sale and purchase, donation contract or investment contract through other properties (calculated on the value of properties);

– Notarize an agreement on property division, declaration on inheritance (calculated on the value of inheritance);

– Notarize a loan agreement (calculated on the loan value);

– Notarize a mortage agreement, pledge agreement (calculated on the value of property; in case that the mortage agreement or pledge agreement has  the amount of the loan, we will charge the fee based on the loan value);

– Notarize economic contract, commercial contract, investment contract and business contract (based on the value of the contract);

7	Over 10 billion vnd	5.2 million vnd + 0.03% value of property, contract or transaction

b) Fees for notarizing leasing contract of land use right, house or property (calculated based on lease amount);

6	Over 5 billion vnd to 10 billion vnd	03 million vnd + 0.04% value of the property, contract or transaction.
7	Over 10 billion vnd	05 million vnd + 0.03% value of the property, contract or transaction but can not over 8 million per case.

2. Fee for notarizing the contract or transaction not based on the value of that contract:

3. Fee for storing the testament: 100,000 vnd/ case.

4. Minimum fee for issuing notarized copy of an original: 5000 vnd/page; 3000 vnd/page from the third page. Total fee can not be over 100,000 vnd/document.

5. Notarization fee for translating document: 50,000 vnd/page for the first document. In case of the second document, if notary service requester needs to notarize more times, the fee will be considered as follows: 5,000 vnd/ page for the first page and second page; 3,000 vnd for the third page and above. Total fee for a document can not be over 200,000 vnd.

6. Authentication fee for copy of an original: 2,000vnd/ page for the first page and second page; from the third page and above, the fee will be 1,000 vnd/page. Total fee can not be over 200,000vnd/ document.

7. Authentication fee for signature in document and paper: 10,000vnd/case (the term "case" refers to a signature or all signatures in a document or paper).
