Currently, the law does not prohibit people under the age of 18 from having their names on land use right certificates, ownership of houses and other assets attached to the land. Therefore, just like issuing apartment pink books to other subjects, people under the age of 18 must also follow the following procedures:

Clause 2, Article 120 of the Law on Housing, the person submitting the application for the apartment pink book is the project investor. If the parties voluntarily carry out the procedures, the performer will be the buyer.
In addition, in the case of buying, selling, giving away... old apartment buildings, usually the executor is the person receiving the apartment, unless the parties agree on the other party to perform
Documents needed:
- Application for issuance of pink book.
- Contract of sale or donation or lease-purchase... depending on the form of person under 18 years of age to own the apartment.
- Minutes of apartment handover (if it's a new apartment) or apartment pink book in the name of the person transferring ownership of the apartment (if it's an old apartment).

Resolution time:
- Within 03 working days: If the dossier is not valid, notify and request amendment, supplement and completion of the dossier.
- No more than 15 working days when registering changes in the case of people under 18 years old buying, selling, giving apartments, etc.
