How are illegal entry and exit brokers handled?

This crime is punishable as follows:

Main penalty:

- Frame 01: Imprisonment from 1 to 5 years.

- Frame 02: A prison term of between 5 and 10 years if the crime is committed in one of the following cases:

+ Abusing positions and powers;

+ Committing the crime twice or more;

+ For from 05 people to 10 people;

+ Being professional;

+ Gaining illicit profits from 100 to under 500 million dong;

+ Dangerous recidivism.

A prison term of between 07 and 15 years if the crime is committed in one of the following cases:

+ For 11 people or more;

+ Gaining illegal profits of VND 500 million or more;

+ Causing death

Additional penalties:

In addition to the main penalty mentioned above, the offender may also be subject to a fine of between VND 10 million and VND 50 million or a ban from holding certain posts, practicing certain professions or doing certain jobs for one to five years.
