Is it possible to authorize another person to carry out the procedures for buying and selling apartments?

An authorization contract is an agreement between parties, whereby the authorized party is obliged to perform work on behalf of the authorizing party, the authorizing party only has to pay remuneration if so agreed or provided for by law.
