Officially new regulations on disciplining Party members "Cohabitation "

Accordingly, point e, Clause 1, Article 51 of Regulation 69 states:

Article 51. Violations against regulations on marriage and family

1. Party members who commit one of the following violations, causing less serious consequences, shall be disciplined in the form of reprimand:

e) Not registered for marriage or currently married but still living with another person such as husband or wife.

This is one of the newly added regulations of Regulation 69 compared to Regulation 102-QD/TW. Thus, if Party members do not register their marriage or are married or living together as husband and wife with another person, they will be disciplined depending on the following cases:

- Reprimand: If the above behavior causes less serious consequences.

- Warning or dismissal if a party member holds a position: when a party member violates the above behavior, he has been disciplined but repeats it or commits it for the first time but causes serious consequences. 

Expulsion: If Party members violate the above-mentioned acts, causing very serious consequences.

In addition, regarding violations of marriage and family, Article 51 of Regulation 69 also adds that disciplinary actions are violations of the law on surrogacy for commercial purposes, surrogacy when not eligible for surrogacy…

This regulation takes effect from July 6, 2022.
