The new valid policy from July 20, 2022

This is the regulation in Circular 30/2022/TT-BTC guiding the financial mechanism of the Project on Capacity Building of lecturers and managers of higher education institutions.

Accordingly, those who are sent to participate in a full- time PhD and master's training abroad are supported:

- Tuition fee: Maximum not more than 25,000 USD/school year.

- Expenses for making passports and visas: Pay at the level of the State and according to the actual visa fee invoice.

- Living expenses are food, accommodation, travel, materials and school supplies.

- Compulsory health insurance: Up to 1,000 USD/year.

- Airfare: 01 ticket from Vietnam to the place of study and 01 ticket from the place of study to Vietnam...

Those who are appointed to participate in full-time doctoral training in the country will be supported with the following expenses:

- Tuition.

- Funding for the implementation of the thesis, participation in domestic seminars and conferences:

Group of physical training, sports, medicine and art industries: 20 million VND/year;
Group of agriculture, forestry and fishery industries; engineering, technology, natural science: 18 million VND/year;
Group of branches of economics, law, social sciences; hotel, tourism and other industries: 13 million VND/year...
