How to handle when the issue of Red Book and Pink Book is delayed

1) Asking and requesting the competent agency to answer about the settlement results, the reason why the Red Book or Pink Book is delayed.

To request competent agencies and individuals to reply in writing as prescribed in Clause 8, Article 19 of Decree 61/2018/ND-CP, specifically:

"The dossiers specified in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article, after being appraised, are not eligible for settlement, the administrative procedure-settling agency shall return the dossiers and notify in writing clearly stating the reasons for not handling them. dossiers according to the form of form of refusal to handle dossiers to be sent to organizations and individuals through the one-stop department.”.

2) Complain about the late issuance of Red Book and Pink Book in accordance with the Law on Complaints.
